You may have noticed that we’ve overhauled the login process to better support Single Sign On (SSO) and on-premise Active Directory (AD) users, with SSO in particular becoming increasingly popular for seamless integration of cloud applications into the enterprise software environment.
The first thing you’ll notice is the email entry screen. As per current best practice this is a standalone page, which we can use to evaluate the appropriate next action, i.e.;
- SSO users will be authenticated automatically
- On-premise AD users will be authenticated automatically
- All other users will need to enter further credentials, usually a password
If you forget your password we have a new password reset process which is much easier and should eliminate the need to call the support team.
Of course, if you’re using SSO / AD then password resets will be executed on your internal, enterprise Windows login.
