As you can already create your own workflow application in under 10 minutes the next logical step is to make it easy to bring in your existing data. Often this data is stored in MS Excel, so we’ve made it really easy to upload the data straight into Sabisu eliminating the need for any manual entry.
There’s a few pre-requisites to bear in mind if you do want to import your data into Flow
- You must create the Workflow and form template first
- The data you import must match the fields on your form
- The import can not match a person name in your form with a Sabisu User but it will still add their name in
Data can be uploaded at any time – during the creation of the application or once it’s been deployed to a page. If you import more data, Sabisu will only add the new records.
In the example below we’ve chosen to create a Flow app for an Interface Management implementation but you can create a Flow for anything from Project Plan Requests, Maintenance Requests, Audits, Hazard Tracking… it’s entirely up to you and the possibilities are endless.
If you have a process with more than one step, or if it’s an MS Excel based register, we can guarantee Flow is the best way of managing it.
What else is new?
- KPI Dashboard Card View: You know have the option to switch between the traditional table view and a more visual card view
