The Workflow tool has had dynamic table for quite a while now. The dynamic table means users can add in extra rows as they need them however some users have been asking us for ‘static tables’; a pre-defined table with a certain amount of rows and columns so the users know exactly how much information they are required to enter.
What you will now find when you add a table to a Workflow is an option for that table to be Dynamic or Static – if you choose Static you will then be asked to define how many rows you want to include.
You are able to pre-fill columns and rows and mark columns as read only so their purpose is only to provide information.
We’ve added in some functionality to allow you to copy a row on a dynamic table in a Workflow. This should save users time so they don’t have to repeatedly type out the same information.
We’re always interested in hearing from you with any comments or suggestions, feel free to get in touch.
